Investment policy

Investment Objective The aim of the Sub-Fund is to provide long-term capital growth above that of the Topix Index on a rolling three year basis. The Topix Index is designed to measure the performance of the shares of larger companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The index's composition is available on www.tse.or.jp/english/. Investment Policy The Sub-Fund invests primarily in shares of larger companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The fund manager uses a proprietary systematic stock selection model to identify shares of companies that it believes to be attractive investment opportunities, relative to their industry peers, based on analysis of their valuation and earnings prospects. From these shares, the fund manager seeks to construct a portfolio with the best expected risk/return trade off to meet the Fund's objective. The fund manager considers financial information as well as environmental, social and governance (ESG) information in determining the best expected risk/return trade off. In constructing the Fund's portfolio, the fund manager references the index which means that, while the fund manager has discretion to select the investments for the fund, the fund's divergence from the index is controlled. The fund manager may lend shares held by the Sub-Fund to third parties to generate additional income for the Sub-Fund. Investment Horizon This Fund may not be suitable for investors who plan to withdraw their contribution within 5 years. Income Net income earned by the Sub-Fund is accumulated and reinvested on behalf of the Unitholders holding accumulation type unit classes. Net income earned by the Sub-Fund may be declared and paid out to Unitholders holding distributing type unit classes, in line with the distribution policy set-out in the Prospectus. Sub-Fund Currency The reference currency of the Sub-Fund is JPY. Processing of subscription and redemption orders The subscription, conversion or redemption orders must be received by the Registrar and Transfer Agent, no later than 1 p.m. Irish time one business day before the relevant Dealing (business) Day. Orders will be processed at the Net Asset Value calculated for that Dealing Day. Please note that there may be additional processing time if your order is placed via intermediaries such as platforms, financial advisors or distributors. The Net Asset Value of this Sub-Fund is calculated on a daily basis. Minimum initial investment: EUR 5,000 Minimum subsequent investment: EUR 2,000

1 Fund means «Undertaking for collective Investment». Undertaking for collective Investment is a general term used for different undertakings collecting money from the public and whose activity consists in managing an investment portfolio. The fund notion contains as well collective investment schemes in the form of an investment company (such as the Sicav or Sicafi) as the contractual funds (such as the Mutual Fund) and their sub-funds.

2 The synthetic risk indicator gives an indication of the risk associated with investing in a collective investment. The scale goes from 1 (weakest risk) to 7 (highest). The lowest category does not indicate that the investment is risk free. The indicator is based on historical data and may possibly not be a reliable indication of the future risk profile of the fund. The type of risk is not a guarantee and may change over time. (you can find more information here)
