Registration and reception of the requests of issue/redemption/change of sub-fund
Each subscription/redemption request of shares can be introduced and registered on each working day before 11h30 (Belgian time) through the transaction site of Keytrade Bank. If we receive your order before 11h30, it will be executed at the NAV of the same day (D), of the following day (D+1) or the next following day (D+2), depending from the fund.
If you want to be certain about the NAV of execution, we advise you to check the prospectus (see conditions for the subscription and the redemptions of shares). If Keytrade Bank receives your order after 11h30, the order will be considered being placed the following day.

DERIVATIVES AND STRUCTURED PRODUCTS The Compartment may use derivatives to reduce various risks (hedging) and for efficient portfolio management, and may use structured products to gain exposure to portfolio assets. COMPARTMENT CURRENCY USD INVESTMENT PROCESS In actively managing the Compartment, the investment manager uses a combination of market and fundamental company analysis to select securities that it believes offer favourable growth prospects at a reasonable price. The portfolio composition is not constrained relative to the benchmark, so the similarity of the Compartment's performance to that of the benchmark may vary. Terms to understand Derivatives Financial instruments whose value is linked to one or more rates, indexes, share prices or other values. Emerging markets Markets of less economically developed nations, such as some nations in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and Latin America. Other characteristics Designed for investors who understand the risks of this Compartment and plan to invest for 5 year(s) or more. This is an accumulation share class, meaning any income earned is retained in the share price. Orders to buy, switch or redeem shares are ordinarily processed on any day that is a full bank business day in Luxembourg.
