Registration and reception of the requests of issue/redemption/change of sub-fund
Each subscription/redemption request of shares can be introduced and registered on each working day before 11h30 (Belgian time) through the transaction site of Keytrade Bank. If we receive your order before 11h30, it will be executed at the NAV of the same day (D), of the following day (D+1) or the next following day (D+2), depending from the fund.
If you want to be certain about the NAV of execution, we advise you to check the prospectus (see conditions for the subscription and the redemptions of shares). If Keytrade Bank receives your order after 11h30, the order will be considered being placed the following day.

COMPARTMENT CURRENCY USD INVESTMENT PROCESS In actively managing the Compartment, the investment manager uses a combination of market and fundamental company analysis with a bias towards companies with superior ESG characteristics to select securities that it believes offer favourable growth prospects at a reasonable price. It also applies an exclusion policy relating to direct investment in issuers that are deemed incompatible with Pictet Asset Management's approach to responsible investment. It methodically exercises voting rights and may engage with issuers in order to positively influence ESG practices. The portfolio composition is not constrained relative to the benchmark, so the similarity of the Compartment's performance to that of the benchmark may vary.
