Each subscription/redemption request of shares can be introduced and registered on each working day before 11h30 (Belgian time) through the transaction site of Keytrade Bank. If we receive your order before 11h30, it will be executed at the NAV of the same day (D), of the following day (D+1) or the next following day (D+2), depending from the fund.
If you want to be certain about the NAV of execution, we advise you to check the prospectus (see conditions for the subscription and the redemptions of shares). If Keytrade Bank receives your order after 11h30, the order will be considered being placed the following day.

Investment policy
Templeton Asian Smaller Companies Fund (the ?Fund?) aims to increase the value of its investments over the medium to long term. The Fund pursues an actively managed investment strategy and invests mainly in: · equity securities issued by smaller companies (i.e. with a market capitalisation within the range of the market capitalisations of companies included in the MSCI AC Asia ex-Japan Small Cap Index) located in, or doing significant business in, Asia (excluding Japan) The Fund can invest to a lesser extent in: · equity, equity-related (such as participatory notes) or debt securities issued by companies of any size located in any country, including any other emerging markets The investment team uses global research expertise with a focus on identifying companies in Asian countries, including emerging markets, that it believes to be overlooked by other investors and to offer an opportunity for increased value over the long term. You may request the sale of your shares on any Luxembourg business day. The income received from the Fund's investments is accumulated with the result of increasing the value of the shares. For further information on the Objectives and Investment Policy of the Fund, please refer to the section ?Fund Information, Objectives and Investment Policies? of the current prospectus of Franklin Templeton Investment Funds. The benchmark of the Fund is the MSCI AC Asia ex-Japan Small Cap Index-NR. The benchmark is indicated for information purposes only, and the Fund manager does not intend to track it.
